Hello, I'm posting on behalf of my aunt and uncle who are just finishing up a renovation of their MIL apartment in the Greenlake/Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Their home is within walking distance of Greenlake, Phinney ridge, bus lines, and so much more. The space has a separate entrance, one bedroom/one bath, updated kitchen, living room and a walk in closet. The washer and dryer are outside of the apartment unit (a few feet away) and would be shared with the owners. You would also have shared access and space to their fenced in backyard. The rent is $1800 a month and includes all utilities and they are willing to share their WiFi as well. Street parking. Must be comfortable with dogs as they have a sweet medium/large size dog who would often be in the shared backyard for potty breaks. Please reach out with any questions or interest. Thank you!
