Soul Care for the Streets Workshop

Are you overwhelmed by the amount of need in our city? If you desire to help, or wonder how to best interact with your unhoused neighbors you encounter in daily life, join for this workshop. Explore the realities of why people experience poverty and homelessness, as well as the barriers that exist within us and outside of us that hinder the important work of coming alongside our neighbors with compassion. We'll end with practical ways to help us better love neighbors living in circumstances of homelessness, mental illness, addictions, trauma, and isolation.

Sacred Streets is a movement of local churches to provide soul care on the streets, accompany our unhoused neighbors through significant life transitions, and offer care for those working on the front lines in social services.
