Palouse to Cascades Trail Bike Ride

September 9, 9am, Iron Horse State Park, $10 + Fee for parking (Discovery Pass required), 16 miles round trip, 500ft elevation gain, Easy

Start the fall biking in community near the beauty of North Bend and Snoqualmie Pass on the Palouse to Cascades Trail. Formerly known as the cross-state John Wayne Trail, we will experience several creek crossings with renovated trail trestles and bridges. Stunning views, meadows, mountain views, and railroad trestles make it worth the trip.

Riders can also see rock climbers defy gravity at Deception Wall, part of the popular “Exit 38” climbing area, which has a number of technical rock climbing routes.

Bike and helmet are required and riders can expect a developed crushed rock trail. If you have any concerns, please contact Dave.
