Ballard YouthAll Middle + High School Students, join us on Wednesday nights at 7pm for Ballard Youth as we meet to hang out, play some crazy games, worship together, be a part of a small group, and grow deeper with God. Parents: pickup time is 9pm
Ballard: Sabbatini GroupWe are a family group with children ranging from preschool to 4th grade. We share food together and then the kids watch a movie in another room while the adults talk about the sermon, share prayer requests and pray together. Sometimes the littlest kids will stay with their parent or play something separate from the larger group of kids. Right now we are meeting 4-6pm on Sundays, excluding the 3rd Sunday of the month, which we take off.
Ballard: Sermon Discussion and PrayerThis group meets every Sunday to discuss the sermon and pray.
Basketball GroupBreak out your dribbling skills and come out for a couple of hours of basketball and fellowship across the street from where we worship. Donations are welcomed to help with court costs. See you there! Led by Joe Dalan.
Board Game NightsBuilding community by playing board games through the winter, with conversation about the sermon series, prayer requests and life sharing between debates about rules and unsolicited strategic advice. Depending on participation, we may run multiple games. Will be a mix of party games (e.g. Codenames, Bang!, etc.), card games (e.g. Munchkin, Fluxx, etc.), and strategy games (e.g. Scythe, Terraforming Mars, Catan, etc.). Meeting dates in 2024 (Q1) are: 26 Jan, 9 Feb, 23 Feb, 8 Mar, 22 Mar. Dates for Q2 will be added later. Led by Zach Bloomfield and Kelsea Ballantyne.
Bowen/Enders Small GroupThis family friendly group is hosted by the Bowen and Enders families. We will meet two Saturdays of the month from 5-7pm starting Saturday, March 30. We will start with a potluck dinner followed by a lectio divina worship format focusing on the prior Sunday lesson.
Bringing the Scriptures to LifeLooking to deepen your walk with God but not sure how to move forward? The Bible is the voice of God constantly shaped by the Holy Spirit to speak to culture and particular lives today. Join us on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm from April 3 - May 15, 2024 to dig deeper into God's Word to better discern the voice of God and to deepen our relationship with God and with each other throughout this seven-week course. We’ll both consider a spiritual concept (e.g., how do we discern God’s leading?) and spend time looking at some particular events recounted in the Bible with imagination and curiosity. Questions? BWM Inbounds Ski Touring at Snoqualmie PassNo childcare, but young uphill equipped kids are welcome with parents. Specialized gear: Participants need to have alpine touring skis, skins, boots and bindings, or comparable split snowboard.* Physical fitness: Must have the ability to walk uphill for 1-2 hours, carrying a small pack and snow clothing. Ski ability: Open to beginner or intermediate downhill skiers. The downhill runs range from easy (green), to intermediate (blue) and advanced (black) Ski pass: A Snoqualmie Season Pass and/or an Uphill Travel Pass. BWM Seattle Bouldering Project (SBP) Climbing Community GroupJoin BWM every other Monday night starting January 29th until the end of April for climbing at Seattle Bouldering Project. We'll switch off between the Fremont and Poplar locations.

BWM Urban Hiking Troll AdventuresThis winter and spring, join BWM for some urban hiking adventures to visit the troll sculptures of Thomas Dambo.
Climbing GroupThe Seppi’s and Santiago’s are hosting a climbing group for youth and adults at Uplift Climbing! We’ll meet in the upper seating area of the gym to begin and then spend the evening climbing and growing in fellowship with each other. All levels welcome! Mill Creek: Collins GroupThis intergenerational group meets on Tuesday three times per month using a hybrid, 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule. The first meeting of each month is at Collins' home in Mill Creek. The second meeting of each month is on line. The third meeting each month is at the Herzer's home in Edmonds. We just finished studying 1 Corinthians. We are now following the advent Messiah - Rooted scripture reading and discussing the sermon with guided questions provided by the pastoral staff. MOPS provides you with a supportive community of women who are going through the same phase of life and can relate to the joys and struggles that you may be facing. You can expect community and discussion time with other women and a different speaker each week. MOPS is a place where you can take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy being in the company of other women. We will be allowing each mom to request one table mate. Telling Your Story GroupThis is a group hosted by Beth Roadarmel and Kelly Adams for those who are interested in sharing their story and how it has impacted their faith journey. We will be especially focusing on how cultural experience have impacted us and how the church can enter into our experience. This group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm.
Thursday Bible Studies - Winter/Spring 2024Meeting for over a decade, our Thursday Bible Study has a history of focusing on Scripture while building relationships, making our big church a bit smaller and creating spaces for folks to share life together. We will use our 1.5hrs together to gather as large group to hear a brief devotional and then break into our consistent small groups where we’ll discuss the Bible study from the week, share life together, and pray. Women's Bible Study occurs at 10am, and childcare is provided. At 7pm, we have both men's and women's groups, but childcare will not be available. With two different times on Thursday, we hope there’s a good fit for you! The cost to attend the study is $35. For Winter/Spring, we will meet from January 18-May 16.
